You can use the information on IRS 1095 sheet to respond to parts of your IRS. You should keep the application documents together with your 2018 income taxes. Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) provides IRS 1095 (C and/or B) documents based on your position as a member of the armed forces, former member, pensioner, or pensioner.
