You will not be able to receive Connect for Health Colorado funding after January 15, 2019 until the next open registration date unless you have a qualified lifetime outing.

Colorado's Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) are free or affordable health insurance plans for Coloradans who are eligible. CHP+ and Health First Colorado include medical visits, prescriptive medication, travel to the ER, immunizations and other health care facilities to keep you well.
