At GV Health, we recognize that healthcare providers and healthcare providers must all make important contributions to the achievement of healthcare outcomes. The GV takes over the principals and healthcare laws set out in the Victoria based Australia Charter of Healthcare Rights, which enables healthcare providers, healthcare providers, healthcare providers, healthcare providers, healthcare providers and healthcare users to develop an awareness of the human right of healthcare recipients.

This charter sets out patients' rights: Access, security, respect, communication, participation, privacy and comment. Those privileges are vital to ensuring that healthcare, wherever and whenever it is offered in GV Gesundheit, is of consistent high standard, secure, and that you as a client and/or your host are involved in your healthcare plans.

In the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights are your rights: Accessibility: a right of acces to healthcare. Security: a right to secure and high-quality healthcare. Attendance: a right to be involved in decision-making and to make healthcare related judgments. Comments: a right to express your views on your healthcare and your concern.

It is also available in 25 official EU language versions of the booklet of the Victorian Charter of Healthcare Rights.

In general, the concept of "family" is used to cover, but not be restricted to, the juridical, biologic or psychologic familiy, members of the home who are not connected by either sex, and intimate customers who have a relation over the years.

Systemic thinking: an overall approach that recognises the interaction of all aspects of humankind (e.g. biologically, psychologically, interpersonally, familially, socially, politically, economically, culturally, spiritually). It is useful in studying the dynamic within a professional or among hospital personnel, the relationship between patient, family, community and hospital personnel, and the co-ordination of nursing at all stages of the healthcare system.
