There were about 47 branches at one time. When I left Hi-Health, they floated around 8 shops with the news that two more could be shut down. Hurrying to get the produce out of the shops they shut before the tenants found out they had broken their lease contracts, they locked the door to stop them from taking their produce and walking.

In fact, they went so far that staff would creep into a few shops at nights and take out the entire device to bypass safety. However, they do not offer the necessary instruments to be able to be successful in everyday life. Large failures of production make it harder to offer customized services.

You ask many staff members, but offer very little to help them. It' regrettable, but they don't take much notice of their staff anymore. Senior management should do their best to keep the staff who have torn their asses open as top-performers. You are doing exactly the opposite of what should be done to keep the best production workers.

Senior managers thought it would be a great move to dismiss all those who underperform and keep all their tops...and still keep treating them badly, if not inferiorly. Frankly, to put it quite frankly, you need to appreciate your people more.
