Deregistration from my medical file
My Health Records are produced for every Australian who wants one after 31 January 2019. You can then erase your data set anytime. You must log out if you do not have a My Medical File and do not want one to be for you. In order to unsubscribe from My Medical Record, you must check your name.
When you need help, you can call the hotline at 1800 723 471. In case you have forgotten your Medicare credit or do not know your Medicare number, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Medicare for your information. Once you have completed the unsubscribe procedure on-line, you will have the opportunity to obtain e-mail notification.
When you have parenting responsibilities for a child under the ages of 18 and they are on your Medicare membership cards, you can unsubscribe from My Health Record on their behalf. Please note that if you have a parenting responsibilities for a child under the ages of 18 and they are on your Medicare membership cards, you can unsubscribe from My Health Record on their name. Continue with the on-line procedure. Kids from 14 years can also unsubscribe separately via our website.
You will need your Medicare number. In order to deselect relatives under the ages of 18 and another Medicare Health Care voucher, please email us for help. In order to vote out relatives over the ages of 18, you must communicate with us and demonstrate your ability to act on their behalf. Please note that we do not have the right to do so.

To erase your recording, please click here and do so. When you miss the key date 31 January 2019 and a data set is added, you can always erase your data set forever.
As soon as you have finished the opt-out procedure, you can no longer unsubscribe. If, however, you later choose to receive a My Health Record, you can re-register for it at any stage by following the registration procedure. Do you need help?
